Henderson’s Australian Marine Complex is one of only two naval shipbuilding locations in Australia and WA is set to receive a significant share of an $11 billion defence shipbuilding investment.  

Exporting in Defence is the final in the City of Cockburn’s Defence Readiness Workshop Series of five essential workshops, which is running throughout 2025. This series is specifically designed to help local businesses enter the defence supply chain.

This workshop is ideal for small-business owners and managers looking to enter the defence industry or expand their defence industry opportunities. 

About the presenter 

The workshop series is funded by the City of Cockburn and delivered by Rachel Falzon, the Director of Novel Management Defence Consultancy, who has 15 years’ defence industry experience and specialises in helping businesses enter the defence industry supply chain.
