ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ ได้
• บัตรกำนัลเมื่อซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนได้ และไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือมูลค่าแทนเงินได้ และไม่สามารถขยายเวลาหมดอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้
• การไม่มาแสดงตัวตามวันที่จองกไว้ หรือการยกเลิกการจองหลังจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ มีผลทำให้บัตรกำนัลถูกยกเลิกและไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้อีก
• บัตรกำนัลหนึ่งใบใช้ได้ครั้งเดียว โดยสิทธิประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ ในแพ็คเกจต้องใช้ภายในครั้งเดียวกัน
• ไมเนอร์ โฮเทลส์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อบัตรที่สูญหายหรือถูกขโมยทุกกรณี

General T&Cs for Megatix Vouchers
• Megatix Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value, and cannot be extended past the validity date
• No shows and late cancellation will result in the cancellation of redeemed Megatix vouchers
• Megatix Vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time
• Minor Hotels is not responsible for lost or stolen Megatix Vouchers
• Advance reservation is required through the property and redemption of Certificates is subject to the hotel's availability and ‘blackout’ periods (including school holidays and public holidays)
• Cancellation and/or modification of the booking may or may not be applicable within the validity period depending on the hotel. Do note that there are some hotels on a strict no cancellation policy. Please refer to the Megatix Voucher details for more information
• Minor Hotels, Anantara and Avani may amend these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately
