West Kitchen & Bar’s Bottomless Seafood Brunch returns to the Swan with a bold new menu crafted by Head Chef Zhaosik Ooi. Expect coastal decadence, fresh WA seafood and a few cheeky flavour twists that take “brunch by the river” to the next level.

 

The Bottomless Seafood Brunch unfolds in waves of cold, hot and salad selections, each showcasing the best of WA’s seafood and produce. Guests can expect:

 

Cold Section

Oysters | Blue swimmer crab | Cold prawns | Smoked salmon | Marinated baby squid in red wine chimichurri | Swordfish loin ceviche with passionfruit & coconut milk

 

Hot Section

Mussels in spiced coconut broth | Seafood spaghetti with basil chilli beurre blanc | Seafood chowder | Barramundi with capsicum, fennel & lemongrass velouté

 

Salads

Pumpkin & freekeh | Tuna niçoise | Surimi & mango noodle with mint, coriander & chilli
