Highly acclaimed chef, Guy Grossi (Garum at the Westin Perth, Grossi Florentino, Merchant Osteria Veneta, Ombra, Arlechin) returns to Perth on Saturday May 22 for a very special Italian cooking class at the WA Good Food Guide Cooking School at European Concepts.

Sit back and enjoy Grossi’s signature Garum snacks and paired WA wines as Guy demonstrates the preparation of a delicious Arkady Lamb dish, a very special dish to Guy, and a favourite of Guy’s father. 

You’ll then roll up your sleeves and learn to make your own Tortellini di Zucca with pumpkin, sage and brown butter as well as veal saltimbocca with white wine and kale. 

To finish, enjoy a shared meal with your fellow classmates finishing with Grossi’s signature tiramisu.
