And you’re invited to our first event of the year: THE REFORM ROOM 

Where Reformer Pilates meets the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.

This event will be one of community, vulnerability, and both physical and spiritual transformation. By allowing Jesus into the room, we’re creating a space to connect, encourage one another, and grow together. Together we’ll move our bodies through a guided Reformer Pilates session designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and challenge the body in a fun and supportive environment. At the same time, we’ll be nurturing our hearts and creating space for meaningful connection and encouragement.

Expect a beautiful morning filled with movement, laughter, and community. There will also be games, smoothies, goodie bags, and more to make the experience even more special.

We want you to come as you are, but leave transformed.

LAST ENTRY: 12:00 PM
To keep the class running smoothly and avoid interruptions, there will be no entry after 12:00 PM. We want everyone to fully experience the event. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?
This event is open to all women, whether you’re strong in your faith, curious about Jesus, or simply looking for a positive space for wellness, connection, and community.

PILATES EXPERIENCE
No Pilates experience is required. The session will be beginner-friendly and guided, so everyone can enjoy it.

WHAT TO BRING
• A water bottle
• A small towel

All Reformer Pilates equipment will be provided.

PARKING

Free parking is available on premises

DRESS CODE
Beige, Baby Pink & Burgundy Acitivewear

Please wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely during the Pilates session.
