In the heart of Outback Queensland, beneath the wings of the iconic Qantas Founders Museum in Longreach, Dusty Days celebrates the past, present and future of Australian country music on Friday 14 May.

In the year that would have marked Slim Dusty’s 100th birthday, we look beyond the legend to celebrate what artists like Slim helped create: a distinctly Australian country music tradition, built on stories of people, place and life lived across this vast country, and an industry that continues to grow, shift and find new voices.

Dusty Days brings generations of Australian music together on one stage from the songs and artists that shaped the sounds, to those carrying it somewhere new.
