German hard trance legends DuMonde are responsible for some of the genre's biggest anthems and remixes. Their productions such as the iconic Tomorrow and subsequent releases See The Light, Never Look Back, Memory, Human and God Music helped define the sound of the early 2000s and featured heavily on Rise playlists throughout the years.

DJ JamX first appeared at Rise in February 2003 before returning for another sold-out show in October 2010. We are delighted to welcome Jürgen Mutschall back to Perth for what promises to be an unforgettable Hard Trance Reunion.

Artist Bio

DuMonde emerged in Germany in 1997 as a collaboration between René Dumont, Jürgen Mutschall and Dominik de León. Combining euphoric melodies with driving energy, the project quickly established itself as one of the leading forces in international hard trance.

Their breakthrough single Tomorrow (1998) became a worldwide club anthem, reaching Germany's Top 10 and appearing on countless compilations across the globe. Further success followed with releases including See The Light and Just Feel Free (Tomorrow 2000).

Following René Dumont's departure in 2001, DuMonde continued as a duo and produced a string of timeless classics including Never Look Back, Memory, God Music, Human and Ich Will Raus / Let Me Out—tracks that continue to fill dance floors to this day.

Their celebrated remixes for Binary Finary, Alice Deejay, Push, Barthezz and Jurgen Vries further cemented their reputation as pioneers of the golden era of trance. Through their productions and performances, Mutschall (JamX) and de León became key figures in shaping the sound of early-2000s German trance.

After disbanding in 2007 to pursue solo projects, DuMonde made a surprise return in 2024 with Sometimes. Now led by founding member Jürgen Mutschall and joined by producer Daniel Körber (DJ D.Mand), DuMonde continues to honour its legacy while pushing the sound forward for a new generation.
