platforming queer and ally drum & bass djs 
early evening saturday party 6pm - 10pm

This is a dedicated space for queer folks from all walks of life to enjoy drum & bass, and all those under the queer umbrella are welcome. Allies are also welcome, but must understand the purpose of the space and remain respectful at all times.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on harassment, hate speech, racism, non-consensual touching, and any other behaviour that makes folks uncomfortable. If at any time you feel unsafe, please let a member of staff at Connections know. Anyone behaving in an unsafe manner will be evicted from the event. REMEMBER: if you see/hear something, please say something to staff immediately. 

A note on consent: anything but an enthusiastic verbal YES is not consent. Remember to ASK FOR CONSENT before you touch someone in any way at all. Harassment can also happen verbally - if someone does not want to speak to you, leave them alone.
