Project WOMN is delighted to announce our annual installation, a long table lunch to be held on Sunday 19th March 2023 @ Wildflower in the State Buildings. 

This event will showcase the best of WA produce paired with Australian native flavours over a 5 course degustation menu and matching wines. 

Snacks on Arrival

• Freshly shucked oysters
• WA lobster, scampi caviar, black sesame rice paper

Course One

• Rottnest Island scallop, buttermilk dashi, ice plant, finger lime, lemon myrtle oil

Course Two

• Glacier 51 toothfish, nori, lemon aspen emulsion, scallion, ginger

Course Three

• Gourmet assorted WA mushrooms, quail egg, lemon verbena miso, samphire

Course Four

• Rose Mallee wagyu, koji, quandong gel, beets

Course Five

• Davidson plum, yoghurt, desert lime, charcoal

Did you know 57% of children in out-of-home care in Western Australia are Aboriginal? Project WOMN is teaming up with Yorganop Association Inc. on this event, being the only non for profit organisation based in Western Australia for Aboriginal foster care.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to Yorganop.
