Pasta making with Paul Salmeri from Sal's Pasta

In this, the second WAGFG cooking school of 2022, you'll learn to make pasta from scratch with 'Sal' from Sal's Pasta. 

The class will start with an introduction to pasta making and a short Q&A with Paul, exploring his journey into pasta making. 

You'll then observe pasta making 101, watching the master at work, as he talks you through the steps to make your own pasta at home. Then it's your turn! You'll get behind your bench and have a go yourself with Sal's guidance.

Then let the cooking begin! You'll then whip up an easy pasta dish using fresh WA produce from the land and sea, finishing the class with a delicious meal at the bench with the group, followed by dessert. You'll also enjoy free-flowing matched premium WA wine or beer for the duration of the class. 

You'll leave with a box of Sal's Pasta treats and ingredients to make the dish again at home for friends and family.
