Welcome to Boom Town Comedy Club, where the jokes are better than our research skills (we're pretty sure we're the only comedy club in Broome). Our open mic nights every second and fourth Wednesday of the month at The Roey Oasis Bar are the perfect opportunity to witness the next big comedy star - or, more likely, a hilarious trainwreck. But if you're feeling brave, you can take to the stage yourself - simply bring two paying friends to cheer you on, and you'll get a three-minute slot in our lineup. Don't worry if you bomb - we've got plenty of drinks to help you and the audience forget about it. So gather your friends (or make some new ones) and join us for a night of laughter, tears, and awkward silences. Just don't lean on the microphone stand - it's even more unstable than our comedians.
