WA Next Generation are a subcommittee of the Royal Agricultural Society WA. Their mission is to provide a community for young professionals to guide the future of the Agricultural Show ('Ag Show') industry in WA through leadership development, mentoring, networking, education and idea sharing with the RAS, the Affiliated Agricultural Societies of WA and the National Emerging Leaders Member body of Agricultural Shows Australia.
