Race kit pickup is October 24th-25th, 9 AM-5 PM at Mamaka.

FAQ - Mamaka Fun Run 

 

General 

1. What is the registration fee for the Mamaka Fun Run 5K?

The registration fee will be IDR 200k for the first 100 people and IDR 300k for regular tickets. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Bali Children Foundation to support school upgrades in Bali's remote areas.

2. When does the registration open and close?

Registration will open on Fri, 13 September and close on Fri, 25 October at 5 PM.

3. Can I register on the day of the event?

No, we encourage the registration before the event. 

4. What is included in the registration fee?

Full donation for Bali Children Foundation, medallion, race kit:BIB number, t-shirt, merchandise.

 

Registration Process

1. How do I register for the Mamaka Fun Run 5K?

You can register yourself via Megatix link or directly to Mamaka's desk.

2. Can I register as a team?

Unfortunately, team registration is not available for this event. It is an individual running race.

3. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

We apologize, but registration transfers are not possible.

4. When and where the race kit collection? 

Race Kit Collection: 24 - 25 October, 9 AM - 5 PM at Mamaka 

 

Payment and Refunds

1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers as payment methods.

2. Is there a refund policy?

Please note that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

 

Race Day Information

1. Where will the race start and finish?

The race will start and finish at Kuta Beach at 5 AM. The flag-off will be at 6 AM, and the cut-off time is 7 AM.

2. Will there be bag drop facilities available?

We apologize,  we cannot offer bag drop services for this event. Participants should plan accordingly and take responsibility for their personal items.

3. What are the prizes for the overall winners?

The overall winners, categorized by gender, will receive the following prizes:

1st Position: 3D2N stay voucher at Swagger Suite, 2 million IDR F&B voucher at Kuta Social Club, spa treatments at Kupu Kupu Blowbar Salon & Spa, and 3 months gym membership at Mamaka.

2nd Position: 3D2N stay voucher at Swagger Suite,  1 million IDR F&B voucher at Kuta Social Club, spa treatments at Kupu Kupu Blowbar Salon & Spa, and 2 months gym membership at Mamaka.

3rd Position: 3D2N stay voucher at Swagger Suite, 750,000 IDR F&B voucher at Kuta Social Club, spa treatments at Kupu Kupu Blowbar Salon & Spa, and 1-month gym membership at Mamaka.

4. Will there be age-category winners?

Please note that there will be no age-based prizes. The competition will be focused on gender categories.

5. Will there be any additional prizes or raffles?

Yes, there will be exciting door prizes available for participants.

6. How will winners be notified?

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony after the race. We will also contact the winners directly.
