The sixth instalment of Lost ‘n’ Sound sees the return of young gun, STÜM, for the Boorloo leg of his Australia-wide Sun Chaser tour, joined by G-Town’s very own, Shampain!
STÜM, a Naarm-based producer and DJ, is a force to be reckoned with on and off the dancefloor, firing a barrage of elevated energy from all cylinders. Heavy basslines and intricate melodies follow in his wake as he takes the dancefloor on a journey through his trance inspired productions, leaving you only wanting more. For those of you that joined us at Chapter 4, you’ll know from experience that the label head of Happy Wax Records leaves nothing in the tank, proving himself time and time again at the likes of Pitch Music & Arts Festival, Beyond the Valley and Lost Sundays; we cannot wait for his return to Boorloo!
Shampain, an Irish-native DJ, makes his way across the Indian ocean for his Boorloo debut! With a track record that seems to go on and on – being the head of VSN, co-owner of G-Town Recs and a Rinse France Resident, Shampain has been around for a lot longer than it’d seem at this point, with the city of Galway on his back and an array of styles under his mixing belt. Constantly rubbing shoulders with talented peers and DJs alike, names like Miley Serious, Kettama, Skin on Skin & X Club are not uncommon; it’s no wonder Shampain’s skills and track selection are unmatched!
