Ladies Night Out is an informal physical and mental health awareness initiative event.Launched on 4th November 2023 at Victoria Hotel in Melbourne, we saw over 90 ladies coming together to celebrate life and each other’s uniqueness.With over 16 lovely ladies ready to share their experiences, we heard stories of resilience, courage, perseverance, and determination but also sad stories that made us shade a tear or two.Our focus is taking a deliberate move to discuss health issues in our communities.

We have encompassed physical health and mental health in these events to encourage our different multicultural communities to remove the stigma attached to discussing such issues.Some communities shy away from facing these topics, but we are saying it's ok to raise awareness about such issues.This movement encourages every woman out there to join us to use their voice to change communities and lives.

The Perth event is all about networking for likeminded women sharing tips on Self-Care in different areas of life. It's also a night of entertainment, games, music and promoting women's different side hustles. Joining over 90 ladies, you will have a night to remember that will be filled with collaboration with all these women. You don't want to miss this event.
