ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข
•    บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถซื้อได้ตั้งแต่วันนี้ - 30 มิถุนายน 2564 และสามารถใช้งานได้ตั้งแต่วันนี้ - 30 มิถุนายน 2564  
•    บัตรกำนัลนี้จำเป็นต้องซื้อล่วงหน้าก่อนการเข้าใช้บริการหรือก่อนการเช็คอินที่โรงแรม สำหรับบัตรกำนัลที่ซื้อในระหว่างทำการเช็คอิน จะไม่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ได้
•    เมื่อทำการสั่งซื้อบัตรกำนัลเงินสดผ่านทาง Megatix และชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว บัตรกำนัลนี้จะสามารถใช้ได้ที่ โรงแรมเจดับบลิว แมริออท ภูเก็ต รีสอร์ท แอนด์ สปา เพียงแห่งเดียวเท่านั้น
•    บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถยกเลิก แลกเปลี่ยน โอนสิทธิ์ หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเงินสดได้
•    บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับการสำรองห้องพัก ตั้งแต่ 10 ห้องขึ้นไป, การจัดประชุม หรืองานแต่งงานได้

โปรโมชั่นห้องพัก
•    บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้กับโปรโมชั่นห้องพักทุกโปรโมชั่นที่ทำการจองผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ รวมไปถึงโปรโมชั่นห้องพักอย่างเดียว (room only) และห้องพักพร้อมอาหารเช้า (room with breakfast)
•    บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้กับโปรโมชั่น offline ได้ (รวมไปถึงโปรโมชั่นพิเศษ, ส่วนลด, หรือบัตรกำนัลที่ซื้อจากงานออกบูธต่างๆ)
•    บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้กับโปรโมชั่น “Sweet Summer” และ “Stay Longer, Save More” ที่ซื้อจาก
     1) งาน Central Hotel Fair 2021 ณ ห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัลภูเก็ตฟลอเรสต้าระหว่างวันที่ 19-28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564
     2) Sneak Out Facebook Live ระหว่างวันที่ 24-26 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564
     3) งานไทยเที่ยวไทย ครั้งที่ 58 ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุม ไบเทค บางนา ระหว่างวันที่ 4-7 มีนาคม 2564
     4) งาน Marriott Thailand Travel Show ณ ห้างสรรพสินค้าสยามพารากอน ระหว่างวันที่ 15-28 มีนาคม 2564
•    บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้เป็นส่วนลดค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มของโปรแกรม แมริออท บอนวอย คลับ แมริออท และโปรโมชั่นพิเศษอื่นๆ

โปรโมชั่นอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม
•    บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ที่ห้องอาหารและบาร์ที่เปิดให้บริการอยู่ เช่น เอ็ม บีชคลับ คูชิน่า ศาลาสวัสดี ล็อบบี้ บาร์ เจดับบลิว คาเฟ่ และสยาม เดลิ
•    บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้แทนเงินสด เพื่อชำระค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่ห้องอาหารเบนิฮานา
•    บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้กับงานจัดเลี้ยงทั้งในและนอกสถานที่ การจัดประชุม หรืองานแต่งได้
•    บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้เป็นส่วนลดค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มของโปรแกรม แมริออท บอนวอย คลับ แมริออท และ ส่วนลดใดๆของพนักงานกลุ่มโรงแรมในเครือแมริออท รวมถึงโปรโมชั่นพิเศษของทางห้องอาหารได้

สปา
•    บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ที่มันดารา สปาได้
•    บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้กับโปรโมชั่น Wellness Retreat Package 
•    บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้เป็นส่วนลดค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มของโปรแกรม แมริออท บอนวอย คลับ แมริออท และโปรโมชั่นพิเศษของมันดารา สปา

•    โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการสำรองห้องพักซึ่งจะขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องพักที่ว่างในขณะที่ทำการจอง
•    กรุณาระบุหมายเลขบัตรกำนัลเงินสดขณะทำการสำรองห้องพัก และแสดงบัตรกำนัลเงินสดตัวจริงในวันที่เข้าพัก
•    มูลค่าในบัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้สามารถใช้ได้ในระหว่างการเข้าพักเท่านั้น มูลค่าคงเหลือในบัตรหลังจากเช็คเอาท์ไม่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการเข้าพักครั้งถัดไปได้
•    ราคาในบัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ เป็นราคาที่รวมค่าบริการ ค่าธรรมเนียมและภาษีแล้ว
•    บัตรกำนัลเงินสดไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น “เราเที่ยวด้วยกัน"

 Terms and Conditions 
•    Vouchers can be purchased and used from now – 30 June 2021
•    Voucher needs to be purchased prior to check-in at the hotel, and is not available for sale post the guest has check-in
•    Vouchers are pre-paid at time of booking and can be only redeemed at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa 
•    Vouchers are non-refundable & not transferrable. Vouchers cannot be redeemed into cash. 
•    Vouchers are not applicable for group of 10 room bookings or more, meetings, or weddings.

Rooms Offering
•    Vouchers are applicable for all room offerings purchased online on room only or room with breakfast. 
•    Vouchers are not applicable for any offline purchases (including special promotions, discounted offers, and room voucher purchases at fairs)
•    Voucher is not applicable for “Sweet Summer” and “Stay Longer, Save More” promotion purchased from:
     1) Central Hotel Fair 2021 at Central Phuket Floresta during 19-28 February 2021
     2) Sneak-Out Facebook Live during 24-26 February 2021
     3) Thai Tiew Thai 58th Event at Bitec Bangna during 4-7 March 2021
4) Marriott Thailand Travel Show at Siam Paragon during 15-28 March 2021
•    This Voucher is not applicable for Marriott explore rate, F&F rate, F&B explore discount
•    Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts/promotions i.e Marriott Bonvoy Member rates & discounts, Club Marriott, etc.

Food & Beverage Offering
•    Voucher can be used in operating Restaurants and Bar such as M Beach Club, Cucina, Sala Sawasdee Lobby Bar, JW Café, Siam Deli
•    Vouchers aren't applicable for Benihana restaurant.
•    Vouchers aren’t applicable for any group bookings and catering spend
•    Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts/promotions i.e Marriott Bonvoy discounts, Club Marriott, Marriott Explore rate & F&B Explore discounts etc.

SPA & Incidentals
•    Voucher can be used at the Award winning Mandara Spa  
•    Vouchers aren’t applicable for the Wellness Retreat Package 
•    Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts/promotions i.e Marriott Bonvoy discounts, Club Marriott etc.
