Jack Davies and The Bush Chooks announce another release "This Highway Is Stained" from their upcoming debut album "The Nightime.. The Wind.. The Crocodile..".

The launch show, held August 27th at The Rechabite, will be a night of reflective, honest music from the acclaimed six piece. Highway, for short, is a raw and emotive ballad, musing on the dissonance of contemporary life in Boorloo / Perth, a contrast to the more introspective double single "Orange Peel / Everybody's Looking" which was released in June. The band will also be performing new songs from the album, as well as a select few old favourites.

The lineup will be joined by auspicious local musicians and spoken word poets, weaving together a heartfelt evening of words, sounds and reflections.
