An individual journey designed for both male and female bodies, couples and singles, the workshop includes exploration of a variety of modalities to foster connection and intimacy with oneself and others. This workshop offers the opportunity to move past our social stigma, cultural conditioning and personal judgements, and reveal our authentic expression. Exploring movement, communication tools and ritual, this workshop is an exploration of heart-centered connection.

• How to experience deeper levels of connection and intimacy
• The innate differences between men and women
• How to communicate desires and boundaries with authenticity
• How to awaken the heart through connection practices
• Tantric theories of the energetics of connection
• How to build attraction and heighten chemistry
• Identify and release limiting beliefs, patterns and fears  surrounding connection
• The power of presence and its importance when relating


Nikki and Franko are passionate advocates of authentic relating and positive sexual education. They have five daughters between them and are the co-founders of NZ Spirit Festival held each year in paradise. Nikki and Franko travel to India annually to continue their study of traditional Tantra. Franko, a mantra musician, is a strong advocate for empowerment and community through voice and teaches Maori-infused kirtan. Franko and Nikki continue to find rich inspiration for life in the ancient healing modalities of  Tantra, meditation, yoga and mantra. Nikki, also a yoga teacher and dancer, has a degree in psychology, childbirth education and was a lecturer at the University of Auckland in Ancient Greek and Roman Medicine specialising in issues surrounding women's health and sexuality in the ancient world.
