TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Valid for stays 12th May to 23rd December 2020
- Vouchers are pre-paid at time of booking, and are non-refundable.
- Confirm your reservations in advance by contacting the property directly at [email protected] or 02-0959888
- Advance reservation at least 7 days prior to arrival is requested. Rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. 
- Please quote your voucher number at time of booking.
- The voucher is only redeemable at the specified property, and is not transferrable.
- Accor Plus members are requested to present this original voucher together with valid Accor Plus Membership Card upon check-in.
- Members of ALL are requested to quote membership number at time confirming your reservation. 
- Surcharge for 3rd person stay is at THB 600 -/room/night inclusive of extra bed and breakfast, payable directly to the property  
  Surcharge Periods: (if applicable), payable directly to the property   
- Final sale price is inclusive of VAT and Service Charge.
- 2.5% Booking fee and 2.7% transaction fee are non-refundable.
- The 'Cash Vouchers' can be redeemed for Food and Beverage in any of our on-site restaurants and bars, and in-room dining.  
- The 'Cash Vouchers' are not redeemable for Spa, accommodation, transportation, limousine, excursions and activities. 
- 'Cash Vouchers' can be redeemed by residential and non-residential guests. 
- Any balance that exceed the amount of the voucher must be paid at the time of check-out or bill settlement. 
- Accor Plus Members receive a further 10% discount on 'Cash Vouchers', applied during checkout. 
- Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash  
- Vouchers are not applicable for catering (meetings & weddings).

- บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดและไม่คืนเงินเมื่อมีการยกเลิกการจอง
- ติดต่อโรงแรมโดยตรงสำหรับการจองห้องพักล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วันก่อนวันเข้าพัก โดยการโทร 02-0959888 หรือ ส่งอีเมล์มาที่ h9790-re@accor
- โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธ์ในการยืนยันการจองเมื่อมีห้องว่าง ณ วันและเวลาที่มีการขอทำจองห้องพักเท่านั้น
- กรุณาแจ้งหมายเลขบัตรกำนัลแก่ฝ่ายจองห้องพักเมื่อท่านต้องการจองห้องพัก
- บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้บริการที่โรงแรมไอบิสสไตล์กรุงเทพสุขุมวิทพระโขนงเท่านั้น
- สำหรับการเข้าพักของบุคคลที่ 3 ในห้องมาตรฐาน มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมคืนละ 600 บาท สุทธิรวมเตียงเสริมและอาหารเช้า โดยจ่ายตรงกับโรงแรมในวันเข้าพัก
- ราคารวมค่าบริการและภาษีแล้ว
- บัตรกำนัลเงินสดสามารถใช้ชำระค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ณ ห้องอาหารและบาร์ของโรงแรมรวมถึงค่าบริการอาหารภายในห้องพัก 
- บัตรกำนัลเงินสดไม่สามารถใช้ชำระค่าสปาทรีทเม้นต์ ค่าห้องพัก ค่ารถโดยสารหรือลีมูซีน และกิจกรรมอื่นๆได้ 
- บัตรกำนัลเงินสดอนุญาตให้ทั้งแขกผู้มาเข้าพักและลูกค้าทั่วไปที่ถือบัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ชำระค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มได้ 
- ในกรณีที่ค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มเกินกว่าจำนวนเครดิตเงินสดในบัตรกำนัล ลูกค้าจะต้องชำระเงินส่วนเกินเมื่อทำการเช็คเอ้าท์ หรือ เมื่อมีการเรียกเก็บบิล 
- สมาชิก Accor Plus  รับส่วนลดค่าบัตรกำนัลเงินสดเพิ่มอีก 10% แต่บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นๆได้ 
- บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถโอนหรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ 
- บัตรกำนัลเงินสดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้สำหรับบริการจัดเลี้ยง (การจัดประชุมสัมมนาและงานแต่งงาน)
