Terms and Conditions  

  • This certificate is only applicable for Accommodation and/or Dining at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit.
  • For Accommodation, the voucher can be redeemed and offset towards the hotel’s best available rate which can be inquired at bkkhr-[email protected]
  • For Dining, the certificate is applicable for consumption at Market Café and Spectrum Lounge & Bar restaurants. Except for banquet events, room service, takeaways, delivery orders, and retail products.
  • This certificate can be redeemed from one day after the voucher purchase date until 31 March 2021, and must be presented upon redemption and must be redeemed at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit only.
  • This certificate (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed at other Hyatt’s sister properties, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, nor discounts and cannot be extended beyond the validity period. No credits will be issued for unused portions.
  • Advance reservations are required, subject to hotel’s availability.
  • Lost or damaged certificates will not be replaced.
  • This certificate is not eligible for the World of Hyatt program.
  • This certificate is not for commercial use.

  • สำหรับห้องพัก ผู้ถือบัตรสามารถทำการจองผ่านแผนกสำรองห้องพักที่อีเมล [email protected] เท่านั้น โรงแรมจะคิดราคาห้องพักที่ดีที่สุดจาก เว็บไซต์ Hyatt.com ของวันที่ต้องการเข้าพัก ณ วันที่ทำการจอง
  • สำหรับห้องอาหาร บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ได้ที่ห้องอาหารมาร์เก็ต คาเฟ่และห้องอาหารสเปคทรัม เลาจ์ แอนด์ บาร์เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับงานจัดเลี้ยง รูมเซอร์วิส บริการแบบเดลิเวอรี่ บริการสั่งซื้อกลับบ้าน หรือบริการจากบริษัทภายนอกที่ไม่ใช่ของโรงแรมโดยตรงได้
  • บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ได้ตั้งแต่ 1 วันหลังการซื้อและมีอายุการใช้งานถึงวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2564 ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ หากต้องการชำระค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยบัตรกำนัลทีโรงแรมไฮแอท รีเจนซี่ กรุงเทพ สุขุมวิท ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับชำระค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยบัตรกำนัลในกรณีที่ผู้ถือบัตรไม่ได้แจ้งล่วงหน้า
  • บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโรงแรมไฮแอทที่อื่นๆได้ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนหรือนำมาใช้กับการบริการหรือสินค้าประเภทอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดหรือร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายหรือส่วนลดอื่นๆได้ บัตรกำนัลนี้จะต้องนำมาใช้ภายในอายุการใช้งานที่กำหนดบนบัตรเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถขยายเวลาและไม่สามารถทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
  • ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้า ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในกรณีที่ห้องพักหรือห้องอาหารไม่เพียงพอสำหรับการให้บริการ
  • บัตรนี้เปรียบเสมือนเงินสด กรณีบัตรสูญหาย โรงแรมฯ ไม่สามารถทำการอายัดออกบัตรใหม่ หรือชดเชยมูลค่าของบัตรได้ 
  • การชำระค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยบัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้สะสมร่วมกับโปรแกรม World of Hyatt ได้ทั้งสิ้น
  • บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ในเชิงการค้าอื่นๆ ได้ 
  • บัตรกำนัลที่ได้รับถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของผู้ซื้อเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธ์ ทำเพิ่ม ทำซ้ำ หรือทำลอกเลียนแบบได้ .
  • ไฮแอท ขอสงวนสิทธิการชำระค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยบัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้สะสมร่วมกับโปรแกรม World of Hyatt ได้ทั้งสิ้น
  • Hyatt ขอสงวนลิขสิทธิ์ในการใช้โลโก้ ชื่อ และเครื่องหมายการค้าจดทะเบียนของ Hyatt Hotels Corporate @2020 Hyatt Hotels Corporation โดยจะถือเป็นทรัพย์สินของ Hyatt แต่เพียงผู้เดียว
