Anxiety about attending events on your own and for the first time - I get it, we all do and guess what it’s completely normal especially here because that’s what it’s about making new friends so I thought I’d share something to try and help ease some of that anxiety and fear about getting a ticket and coming to an event

80% of the people turn up on there own the rest are people who have been to previous events on their own but have made friends and are turning up together, I will always send an email a couple of days before each event with some tips and tricks on how to help with the fear, give my number and offer to meet you where you get dropped off and walk in with you, everyone is extremely friendly but also feeling the same way as you are, I also send an email with what I am wearing because I know how daunting it can be like am I over dressed, dressed for the occasion, under dressed
