Welcome to the stall holders event payment page, please read carefully and choose the type of stall you want/need from the list provided at checkout.

All stall holders please be advised that in order to apply for a stall you MUST complete the application in the link provided upon receipt of your booking fee.

Stallholder pricing is as follows:

Retail Variety market stalls – $100 + GST + Booking fee
3m x 3m
Stalls selling products for profit (e.g. crafts, hats, food to take home like jams and fruit & veg). If food products are to be sold (jams, preserves etc) they have to comply with the Fest requirements.

Retail Variety market stalls – $160 + GST + Booking fee
6m x 3m
Stalls selling products for profit (e.g. crafts, hats, food to take home like jams and fruit & veg). If food products are to be sold (jams, preserves etc) they have to comply with the Fest requirements.

Retail Food Truck/ Display Van – $200 + GST + Booking fee
Standard size Van/truck
Stalls selling prepared foods from a food vehicle/van/gazebo for consumption at the Fest. Stalls used to display and or sell products.

Please Note: There are 2 x FREE stallholder helper tickets provided with each stall. Please make sure you add these to your booking. 

Not for Profit Stalls

Not for Profit stalls are only open to applicants representing an incorporated community group and an Incorporation Certificate must be submitted with the application.

Not for Profit - Information only display - $30 + GST + Booking fee
3m x 3m
No fundraising except memberships

Not for Profit - Fundraising Stall (non-food) - $50 + GST + Booking fee
3m x 3m

Not for Profit - Food Vendor (fundraising by selling food) - $80 + GST + Booking fee
3m x 3m

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear Stallholder,

Upon receipt of your booking fee you will be emailed the link to complete your full application.

Please take your time to complete your application to ensure that you only need to do it once.

Ensure you upload the mandatory certificates that will accompany your application. This is a requirement from the SJ Shire and applications will be rejected if relevant documents are not provided.

1. Certificate of currency for insurance
2. Associations Incorporation Certificate (if appropriate)
3. Food vendor licence (if appropriate)

If an application is declined then a full refund (minus booking fees) will be made ASAP to the applicant’s nominated bank account.

Stallholder Cancellations:

Up to 3 weeks prior to the event - Full refund (minus booking fee)

1 - 3 weeks prior to the event – please contact us on [email protected]

Within a week of event - No refund

 

Food and Farm Fest Details

The SJ Food and Farm Fest will be held Saturday 3rd MAY 2025 at the Serpentine Horse and Pony Club, Karnup Rd, Serpentine WA 6125 from
10am - 4pm. 

Stallholders allowed in to set up from 6.00am
Stall position, instructions and bump in and bump out times will be sent 1 week prior to event.

Please note: 
All stall applications will be accepted only at the discretion of the SJ Food & Farm Fest committee. Payment DOES NOT deem acceptance and you will be notified via email. 
Your booking fee will be held via this 3rd party booking system (Megatix) until the event has passed, so should there be an event cancellation that is out of the control of the organisers 50% of your ticket will be refunded (minus booking fees).
