  • Both adults and children require valid tickets.
  • Babies are free if carried in a sling.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Children under 14 require child tickets; children over 14 need adult tickets.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All Adults must be accomanied by a Child
  • Noise levels are minimized; bring headphones for young children if needed.

  • Companion cards are accepted; companions do not require a ticket.

The Venue is committed to the responsible service of alcohol as outlined in our Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy.

Patrons must provide their co-operation to provide a safe and friendly environment to other patrons and staff and understand the following applies:

 

  • Minors are only permitted on the Premises in the company of a responsible adult and will be required to be identified. A responsible adult is defined as an adult who is:
  • a parent or guardian of the minor
  • standing in as the parent of the minor for the time being (must be over 25 years of age).
  • The responsible adult must directly supervise the minor at all times and must not allow the minor to consume liquor on the licensed premises..
  • Minors may be asked to exit the Premises by a designated time or otherwise leave the Premises at the Venue’s sole discretion at any time.
  • The Venue has a strict ‘’no pass-out’ policy for the duration of this event.
  • No smoking in the venue.
