A William Street icon plays host to our second long lunch as digs heads to Shadow Wine Bar & Dining Room, Northbridge.

Head Chef //

Anthony Yuill arrived from Melbourne having worked in a number of venues including Vue de Monde under Hugh Allen and Harley & Rose under Andrew McConnell Alumni, Josh Murphy and Rory Cowcher. He found himself back in Perth working with Lalla Rookh’s Alexandra Haynes before being offered the role of Shadow Wine Bar’s Head Chef.

Anthony develops a menu around seasonal produce, sourcing locally through independent growers ensuring his dishes contain only the highest quality ingredients. With an emphasis on European dining, you’ll find influence from Italian and French cuisine in Anthony’s cooking style, complimented by Australia’s diverse flavour profiles.
