Building on the momentum of the week, this session will use the expert lens to consider the optimal future design of National Sport Organisations from a data and technology perspective.

Within a co-design workshop format, attendees will collectively address a set of design parameter challenges to design a ‘best in class’ organisation that can maximise social and economic value. In designing an NSO for 2034, attendees will contribute to objectives, structures, technology adoption and collaboration within the future sport business ecosystem.

This workshop is designed for industry stakeholders and practitioners including those from NSOs, SSOs, associations and lobby groups, and experts within domains of data, technology, marketing, brand, sponsorship, program design and operations.
