Made for minis and their grown-ups to dance and shine together 💫

 

Miniraves is an immersive rave-style music experience with full production, crafted to spark imagination, movement and connection.

With themed feature sets, live DJs, full-scale lighting, visuals, balloon drops, confetti and playful surprises throughout the day, each event transforms into a vibrant world of music and make-believe.

⚡RAVE-STYLE ENVIRONMENT & SENSORY EXPERIENCE

Miniraves is a rave-style event.

Although designed for younger audiences and their grown-ups, it remains high-energy, with crowds, music, movement and production moments throughout the day.

 

Audio levels are intentionally lowered and managed by our audio technician for a daytime event. However, every child is different, and parents should consider their child’s individual comfort levels when attending.

 

Please consider the following:

• Colour effects, time-coded visuals and occasional flashing lights during the feature set

 

🔊Sound & effects

• Music levels are managed and lowered for daytime

• Energetic moments, bass hits and special-effect sounds are used during feature moments

• A lively and stimulating MainStage environment

• The dancefloor can become crowded during peak moments, especially during the 30-minute feature set

 

🎈Interactive & production moments

• Inflatables

• Balloon drops

Miniraves is not a low-stimulus event. Even areas away from the MainStage will have music and activity throughout the day.

 

If your child is sensitive to sound or light, we recommend bringing hearing protection, taking breaks away from the MainStage and arriving early to settle in before peak moments.

📍BRISBANE VENUE SETUP

 

Miniraves Brisbane takes place on the large open grass field at The Hills of Rivermakers, presented in a festival-style layout designed for families.

The outdoor grass field becomes the exclusive Miniraves ticketed zone for the duration of the event.

 

Within the Miniraves Field you will find:

✦ Showbags & Tokens

✦ Health & Water Station

✦ Food & Beverage Carts

✦ Dedicated Pram Parking

In addition to the outdoor field, the following Miniraves-exclusive activity zones are located upstairs within the venue and are reserved for ticket holders during event hours:

(Free activities exclusive to Miniraves ticket holders)

Guests may move freely between the Miniraves Field and the wider venue throughout the event.

If you plan to leave the Miniraves Field and return, you must receive a re-entry stamp from Miniraves staff before exiting. Re-entry is only permitted with a valid stamp.

🍽 FOOD & DRINKS

 

Within the Miniraves Field, food and beverage carts operated by The Hills will be available, offering a variety of food and drinks conveniently located inside the Miniraves zone.

Additional dining options, bars and extended menu selections are available upstairs within The Hills of Rivermakers venue.

 

Food from the upstairs restaurants is ordered via their QR code system, allowing you to order directly to your table or seating area within the wider venue.

The wider venue offers indoor and outdoor seating areas, bars, restaurants and family-friendly spaces.

 

Multiple indoor restroom facilities are located throughout the venue, offering added comfort and convenience in addition to the portable toilets within the Miniraves Field.

All bars, restaurants and general facilities remain open to the public during the event.

💗 SUPERVISION

 

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Miniraves is a shared experience, and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.

🍹 ALCOHOL SERVICE

 

Miniraves is hosted at licensed venues, and adults are welcome to enjoy a drink during the event.

However, the experience is designed for children and families first. Alcohol is served responsibly in accordance with RSA requirements. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and remain mindful of children around them.

♿ ACCESSIBILITY — BRISBANE

Miniraves Brisbane takes place on the large open grass field of the venue, set up in a temporary festival-style layout.

Please note:

• The Miniraves exclusive zone is the outdoor open grass field.

• As this is a temporary outdoor festival setup, the field does not include built-in accessibility infrastructure such as permanent ramps, paved pathways or fixed accessibility features.

• The ground surface is grass and may be uneven in areas.

The main venue building, which is open to the general public, does have accessibility facilities.

However, this area is not an exclusive Miniraves zone and is not where the core Miniraves experience, stage or activities are located.

We encourage families and carers to consider this information when deciding if the Brisbane event is suitable for their needs.
