Breaksea Youth Ensemble - Lower Great Southern

Led by Ensemble Director Neville Talbot & Choreographer Jessica Ruggera, together with Breaksea director Pia Harris, participants aged between 9 and 18 years will be provided with opportunities for social connection, participation in singing, dancing & acting activities.

Participation opportunities:

● Weekly sessions held after school at Albany Public Library

● Sessions will provide young people with opportunities to participate in:

○ mindfulness, sharing stories and ideas,

○ learning from professional artists (singing, dancing, acting & performance skills),

○ Zoom sessions with Music Director Pia Harris and,

○ Production week with Director Pia Harris.

In Term 1, 2 & 3 we will be learning music & choreography for our Music Video of Flood The Moon’s brand new song. In the latter half of Term 3 & Term 4, the vocal performance stream continues learning music from The Song Catchers premiering at Albany Entertainment Centre 23 & 24 October 2026.
