4 Day Festival Entry Ticket:  This ticket grants you entry to the main festival arena across all 4 days (December 28- January 1). If you wish to camp on site you must purchase a General Camp, Premium Camp, Pre-Pitched Camp or Lux Camp ticket.

3 Day Festival Entry Ticket: This ticket grants you entry to the main festival arena across 3 days (December 29-January 1). If you wish to camp on site you must purchase a General Camp, Premium Camp, Pre-Pitched Camp or Lux Camp ticket.

General Camp (per person):  A General Camping ticket will give you access to the Beyond The Valley general admission campgrounds. Here you will be able to set up for the weekend alongside friends both new and old! Each campground will have toilet and shower facilities, and an Info Hub should you need any assistance throughout the event! Please note, campsites cannot be reserved so we recommend convoying with your friends if you want to camp together. You will not be permitted access to the campgrounds without a General Camp ticket.  

Car Pass: If you would like to camp with your car, you will need to purchase a car pass bundle

Laybuy: Secure your ticket with a non-refundable deposit of $100 and pay the remainder as you like - interest free.You will be charged the initial deposit straight away, and will be able to pay any amount you like via your My Orders page up until the due date. You have until 5:30 pm on 4th March 2024 to finalise your payment, any unpaid balance will be deducted at this time. Tickets will be issued upon full payment of the entire order. A $2.00 service fee will apply to each payment. Please note You risk losing your ticket and amounts paid if your payment is not complete by the due date. Please ensure you have completed your payment before this time or have enough funds on your card for the remaining balance on the due date.

Refundable Tickets: If you have selected a refundable ticket - you are eligible to refund your ticket provided that the reason is part of the pre-approved refund list and that the refund is requested prior to 1st September.  A refundable ticket can be refunded if you are unable to attend your booking due to any of the reasons below and have provided evidence of the below: Illness / Injury (including Covid-19), Pre-existing Medical Condition, Pregnancy Complication, Death of Immediate Family, Public Transport Failure, Flight disruption, Mechanical Breakdown, Adverse Weather, Home Emergency, Theft of Documents, Jury Service, Court Summons, Armed Forces & Emergency Services Recall, Relocated for Work & Changes to Examination Dates.  We may consider other Emergency Circumstances at our discretion.  Please note, a refundable ticket cannot be purchased via Laybuy. 

 General Conditions of Refundable Tickets

• Any reason for refund must not have reasonably foreseeable at the time you purchased your ticket

• We do not refund for tickets purchased by mistake, or if it is no longer wanted or needed.  Our authorised reseller is Tixel; unwanted tickets can be safely resold via Tixel. 

• You must make all arrangements to arrive in time to attend the event, including arranging any necessary travel or documents.

• Maximum refund value per person will not exceed the total value of their share of the Booking

• A $20 administration fee is charged for a Refundable ticket.  Administration fees, booking fees and bank fees are non-refundable. 

• The cut off date to request refunds on a Refundable ticket is 1st September, 2024.
