Join us for a free Come and Try Outdoor Yoga session, open to anyone aged 12 years and older! Held on the grassed oval in Dwellingup, this class offers a relaxing and refreshing way to experience yoga in the great outdoors. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our friendly instructor will guide you through a series of gentle poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to help improve your flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with nature, and try something new.

Just bring a mat, yoga blocks and strap, sweat towel and a water bottle, and a positive attitude. Everyone is welcome – come along and give yoga a go!
