Q: I am purchasing an individual ticket but would like to be seated with friends / family, is this possible?
A: Of course, please email a full list of names to sponsorships@greymattersoiree. Note they will be in tables of 10, so if you have less than 10 people you will be seated with other guests and if you have more than 10 people then you will be split across multiple tables which we can ensure are nearby. 

Q: I would like to donate my time, offer my services to perform at the event or contribute goods or services for raffle/auction items, how do I get in contact?

A Note from Olivia:

In June, I will be running a full marathon with a purpose that is deeply important to me - to raise funds for Brain Cancer Research with Carrie’s Beanies for Brain Cancer (CB4BC). I decided to take on this challenge to honour my beautiful cousin, Francesca (Ces) Klemich, who was diagnosed with brain cancer in December 2024. Ces is sunshine in human form, she is a beacon of strength and an inspiration for everyone around her. Her unwavering spirit, positivity and light even in the face of such a daunting challenge, has shown me the true meaning of resilience and I am so proud to be her cousin. The marathon will be in South Africa, on rough terrain through a game park, surrounded by lions, leopards, elephants, rhinoceros & African buffalo. As I face this crazy challenge, I carry Ces’s story and the stories of countless others affected by this devastating illness with me.Each step I take will be a tribute to Ces and everyone battling brain cancer. While this will be the hardest thing I have ever done, it is nothing in comparison to what Ces and so many others have to face with this cruel disease. I invite you to join me in this mission. Your attendance at this event and generous donations will not only help to motivate me on my run but more importantly, it will contribute to vital research and support for those affected by brain cancer. Together, we can make a difference & bring hope to those who need it the most.
