In Part 1, we work with the Heart Chakra, bringing transformation to the three stages of love:

self-love,

loving another and

loving the whole.

The heart chakra is the main portal for women to access the fullness of her creative expression and potential.

This part offers a powerful transmission in regards to loving yourself. 

Once you are anchored in the power of love, you can easily create balanced relationships with others.

 

Every woman has some sensitivity about her physical appearance. In this retreat, you will rewrite this inner dialogue about your beauty and work on healing any insecurities that are holding you back sub-consciously. 

You will awaken your inner and outer Goddess in all of her splendour which will boost your self-esteem and self-worth.

 

Led by Ma Ananda Marali and Ma Nritya Anurasa this event will offer an experiential journey into the foundational principles and practices of Authentic Tantra for Women.

 

You will be offered to learn about:

The Essence of Tantra: Explore the foundational principles of Tantra and understand how it can be used as a powerful tool for self development.

Awakening Your Senses: Engage in sensory experiences that connect you deeply with the present moment. Learn how heightened awareness can accelerate your journey.

Sacred Energy Activation: Discover techniques to activate and channel your energy centers (chakras), amplifying your vibrational frequency and aligning yourself with your life journey.

Tantric Meditation: Dive into guided meditations that help you quiet the mind, access your inner wisdom, and set clear intentions for your life.

Celebrating life through Tantra: Embrace Tantra as a way of life, walking away with tools to continue your journey beyond the workshop.

This Retreat will help you to:

• Improve your relationships: to yourself, to your partner, to other women, to your mother and to everyone else.

• Heal your heart’s wounds: rejections, disappointments, painful breakups, loss of a close person, injustice, sadness, unfulfilled desires.

• Throw away your self criticism and negative judgements about your body so you can feel comfortable, relaxed and sexy.

• Release fears, insecurities and hopelessness and open up to receive unconditional love.

Whether you are new to Tantra or an experienced practitioner, this event offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding and practice of this ancient art, and to connect with a supportive community of like-minded women.

This will be a safe space to drop into the body, switch off the mind, move, laugh, have fun, and connect in authentic ways led by principles of Tantra.

Our primary intention is to create a safe space for people to lovingly go deeper into their self-discovery, connect with others in an honouring way, and to have fun while doing so. 

 

WHO THIS RETREAT IS FOR:

for Women (or those who identify as) from 21y/o to 99y/o. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced Tantricas, any age and any stage of your life - all are welcome to explore. To anyone who deeply desires to experience a powerful, loving and blissful relationship with themselves and with others, this Immersion will be a lasting transformative journey!
