We are beings of light and energy inhabiting physical bodies, all with the ability to perceive beyond our 5 physical senses. Modern society has forgotten this knowledge and energy, but more and more people are waking up to their true inner being and attuning to their innate sensitivity.

This class is about anchoring and embodying our light bodies and embracing the skills which come with it. It is designed for people who feel energetically sensitive and want to develop this gift into a strength. For people who want to learn how to use their intuitive perception for their own growth, and to share it with the world around them.

In this workshop we will learn through discussion, exercises and partner work:
⋄  The anatomy of our multidimensional bodies and how they connect,    interact and store cell memory
⋄  Presence, holding space, grounding, centering and attunement
⋄  Perception and intuition development; crafting your intuitive tools
⋄  Intention work, field theory, protection, clearing, and channeling
⋄  Ways to perceive, read and direct energies, different levels of touch and   doing vs. non-doing approaches
⋄  Techniques, which allow us to stabilize and enhance our energy and     perception
⋄  Basics of healing techniques like: Craniosacral Therapy and Qi Gong healing 

We will give you enough theory on the topics and focus mainly on experiential exercises to integrate skills. 

Adolf M Brown has been studying and working with the energy body since the 80’s, when he began studying Polarity Therapy, Massage and Crystal Therapies. He is licensed Acupuncturist and has been teachingand practicing Qi Gong and Craniosacral Therapy, at The Yoga Barn since 2013.He has been using energy medicine inhis practice for over 20 years.
